We have a staff of registered dietitians who specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, sports nutrition, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, as well as general nutrition.
The initial appointment will be scheduled at our Elmira location to do the metabolism test and body composition analysis. You will meet with our dietitian who will do a comprehensive nutritional assessment, review the test results, develop an individualized meal plan, and provide additional referrals as needed.
State of the Art Testing
These non-invasive tests measure how healthy the body is and provide a clear picture of the nutritional status of the body. It shows how the body has compensated when underfed. (Further explanation in FAQ).
After the initial assessment all follow up appointments will be at the most convenient satellite office (Liverpool, Vestal, Ithaca) or the main location (Elmira, New York). You may be self-referred or physician referred.
